April 10, 2016, Nipomo, CA---If there's anything Salvador Santana knows it's that the world has a vast expanse of music genres and he has been exposed to them all, as evidenced by his music. His performance at Rancho Nipomo BBQ Cantina had everyone dancing to the latin beat as well as reggae, disco, some club rap and even some thoughtful classical licks thrown in. Being the son of guitar hero Carlos Santana, has elevated him in some sense; giving him a name to stand on but it is clear he has carved out his own path in the music world. The 33 year-old musician/composer won a Grammy in 2000 for co-writing "El Farol", which appeared on the 1999 album, Supernatural. After attending Cal Arts college, he has released 3 CD's including Keyboard City (2010), Rise Up (2013) and last year's CD Fantasy Reality. Salvador remains humble inspite of his success; not boasting of his music royalty lineage or education. For more on what Salvador is doing, check out his website at salvadorsantana.com
